Mónica Pachón

Dean of the Political Science, Government and International Relations Department of the Universidad del Rosario. She received a doctorate in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, San Diego. Also, a Masters in Latin American Studies from St. Anthony’s College, Oxford University, and Magister in Political Science from the Universidad de los Andes.
